Shore Business App: Tips & Tricks on The Go 

A few weeks ago we released our Video Academy. Here you can watch videos about Shore functions and user tutorials in order to promise the best user experience. 

With the new Control Center, you can access the Video Academy within the Shore Business App for iPhone/iPad as well as Android devices. This way you always have access on the go to support topics and step by step tutorials of the different Shore functions and features.

Answers to All Your Questions

If you are using the Shore Business App between two appointments or on the go from your smartphone you can quickly find answers to questions you may have about the specific software features. For example, if you want to find out how to publish customer feedback in the booking mask you can find your answer in a matter of a few clicks directly in the App.

Finding Answers Fast

You can find the control center directly in the navigation bar inside the App.


From there you can also go to the Shore Blog where you can find exciting information about topics based on digitalization, such as tips and tricks you can use in your day to day work place. For example, take a look at "Go Digital or Go Home" to find out why this topic is important and essential for small and medium sized businesses.

If you want to access your App settings or if there is an update available, the Control Center is also the place to go.

Shore Tipp:If you have not downloaded the Shore Business App you can download it directly via the iTunes Store or in the Google Play Store.
