Intuitive & Easy Customer Support
In the past weeks we have made many updates in the Shore Business App, such as the brand new Control Center. With todays’ release we would like to introduce you the new messenger function available in the Shore Business App. Aside from design adjustments, we have revised and improved many functions in order to promise the most intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
Direct Communication with Customers & Employees
You can now see all messages listed directly in the App and can easily and quickly click on various chats between you and your customers or employees and send them messages directly from your mobile App. Your customers will be notified about your messages via text message or Email.
Messages load automatically, so you will never again miss any last minute messages. For example, if a customer writes you a message that he or she will be a bit late for an appointment you can use the time for other task that might need finishing. Like this, you can react faster when a customer or an employee writes you a message.
Overview in Real Time
You can find the messenger in the Shore Business App on the left navigation bar under the Messages Tab. There you will have an overview of all messages in one place. You can identify unread messages by the blue bar one the left side of the specific message. When you click on the message you can directly answer the message. By clicking on the + symbol you can start a new conversation with a customer or an employee.
This function is available since August 24th, 2016 for the Android and iOS devices in all countries.
