One of our customer representatives will show you the most important Shore features in a 20 to 30 minute online demo. You will be able to experience Shore live in action on a special website and discuss any questions you may have regarding the various modules on the phone. Furthermore, you can contact our customer support team at any time.
What technical requirements need to be fulfilled to be able to use Shore?
You simply need an internet connection and a web-enabled end device – either a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone, it’s entirely up to you. After registering on our website, you can immediately use all the software features you've chosen.
What support do I get to help me set up my account?
Our customer support will provide you with extensive help during the initial registration and setup of the software. We can also assist with importing data from other systems. In a personal setup call, you will be given a step-by-step tour of the software and we will explain all the features in detail.
