What costs are associated with Shore?

The basis of our software is the Shore Business Cloud. This is associated with a constant, monthly fee. Apart from that, we also offer a number of optional add-ons. Thanks to our cloud model, you only need one web-enabled end device to use the software meaning that high acquisition costs can be avoided. Software updates and our extensive customer support are included.

How much do software updates cost?

Nothing. All updates are included in the individual software packages, so there are no unexpected costs involved. The updates are usually based on customer requests or the latest legal requirements. They are carried out automatically at regular intervals, which means you can sit back and relax.

What is the minimum contract period with Shore?

The minimum contract period is 24 months. If you are not satisfied with the software, please feel free to get in touch so we can find a solution together. If we are unable to convince you of the advantages offered by Shore, you can cancel your contract by sending an e-mail to service@shore.com. At least one month’s notice of cancellation must be given before the end of the contract period.

What IT skills are required to be able to use Shore?

Using Shore is simple and intuitive and does not require any special IT skills. At Shore, our aim is to make our software solutions as simple as possible so that all users can master them quickly.

 

How can I familiarise myself with the software?

One of our customer representatives will show you the most important Shore features in a 20 to 30 minute online demo. You will be able to experience Shore live in action on a special website and discuss any questions you may have regarding the various modules on the phone. Furthermore, you can contact our customer support team at any time. 

What technical requirements need to be fulfilled to be able to use Shore?

You simply need an internet connection and a web-enabled end device – either a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone, it’s entirely up to you. After registering on our website, you can immediately use all the software features you've chosen.

What support do I get to help me set up my account?

Our customer support will provide you with extensive help during the initial registration and setup of the software. We can also assist with importing data from other systems. In a personal setup call, you will be given a step-by-step tour of the software and we will explain all the features in detail.

Who do I contact if I have any questions or problems?

Customer service is very important to us at Shore. You will not be directed to an anonymous call centre,w but will be directly connected to the support team in our office. You can reach our customer support by calling +44 203 514 7812 between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
