Yes. To use our Instagram, Facebook, or Google booking, you don't necessarily need a website. The booking runs through a page that's "hosted" with us. That's your own little website with us (example). With this page, we can activate booking on Instagram, Facebook, and Google in your profiles.
Neither complicated nor time-consuming. We support you in exporting all important data from your current software and uploading it to your Shore account. Our software is also so simple and clearly structured that most people quickly find their way around on their own. But if you need support, our product experts are very happy to help.
Yes. All data is stored on ISO-certified servers, all of which are located in Germany. Through SSL encryption, they're also protected from unauthorized access. If the device you use Shore on gets lost, you don't have to worry about data loss. We save everything for you on our servers multiple times daily.
Yes, absolutely. You can use Shore as a pure appointment calendar and record bookings only internally – for example, by phone or directly in the salon. The online booking function can be optionally activated at any time when you're ready. Many of our customers start with internal appointment management first and activate online booking later once they've become familiar with the system.
Yes. In the digital customer profile, you can save notes, color formulas, photos from the last haircut, and individual treatment details. You can add custom fields – for example, for mixing ratios, products used, or allergies. This way you see at a glance before each appointment which color was used last time and what special considerations to note. Your customers feel the difference.
Yes. With the Shore POS you can sell products directly on the iPad – each sale is automatically deducted from inventory. You see in real time what's still in stock and what needs to be reordered soon. You can set reorder points and get automatically notified before your bestsellers run out. Additionally, you can specifically promote products through newsletters and marketing campaigns – for example, after a treatment: "The product we used today is also available to take home."
