Two things work best: automatic appointment reminders and upfront payment. Shore sends reminders via SMS, email, or WhatsApp before the appointment. You can also activate an upfront payment for online bookings – the client pays a deposit when booking, making the appointment binding. Both together noticeably reduce no-shows, without you having to chase anyone.
