Yes. You can assign specific attributes to customers and create customer groups. Through the newsletter tool, you can then send targeted newsletters to specific groups. To be allowed to send newsletters to certain groups at all, you can send a request for newsletter registration through customer profiles. Confirmation for receiving newsletters and review requests is automatically displayed or modified in the customer profile.
