Not really. Shore can be used without download or installation simply through all common browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc.). If you want to work with Shore on a mobile device, you can download the Shore app.

Yes. With our Booking + Marketing and All-in-One packages, you can create unlimited users. As an administrator, you can decide what each staff member can see and edit.
Yes. When an appointment is entered into the calendar via online booking or by you, you can assign it to a staff member. Or during booking, customers can directly select a staff member. If you have multiple rooms or workstations, you can also specify those for the appointment.
