Yes. In the staff profile, you can assign services to staff members based on their knowledge and skills. Through the connection with our online booking, customers can then book (or not book) that staff member for that specific service.
Yes. As soon as an absence, such as illness, is entered in the shift planner, the staff member cannot be booked for that period.
Yes. You can create custom templates. So if you work with specific shifts, you can create templates like "Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM." This saves you a lot of time in shift planning.
That's up to you. Through permission management, you can determine what a staff member can see. This means you can decide whether your staff (and which ones) can see the shift plan or not.
