No. The only thing we recommend is starting with Shore at the beginning of the month. That way, you don't have the difficulty of working with two different POS systems within one month. Otherwise, Shore is very intuitive and you can easily set it up yourself and get started. For support, there's also a digital product tour that explains everything. If you want to be absolutely sure, our product experts are of course always available personally to set up Shore together with you and show you everything.

In principle, you can also purchase just the Shore software. Using our hardware is not mandatory. (At the same time, we would recommend it for smooth and trouble-free operation.) You can see which devices are compatible with our software in this overview.

Yes. All your data is backed up on our servers. So if your iPad gets lost, breaks, or something similar happens, we always have a current backup. On a new device, you simply install our app, log in, and can get started right away.

Appointment reminders are automatically sent to your customers. You can send reminders via email (free) or SMS (billed per SMS). You can set the content and timing of the reminder yourself.
