To connect your tablet to your card reader, both devices must be switched on. Your POS app will then automatically recognise the payment device. You can select it and start processing payments. Learn more in our Help Center.

The Shore card reader is exclusively available with our Shore POS software. Through your personal account (the POS manager), you can easily order your card reader with one click. This way, you have an overview of all your devices and manage them in one central place.

Unfortunately not. The Shore card reader works exclusively with our Shore POS software. But that's only to your advantage, because the software and card reader work together optimally. This saves you time during setup, avoids possible transmission errors and – most importantly – gives you one point of contact for all questions about your POS.
