Shore Partner Program

The right model depends on how you work with your customers:

• Do you recommend systems from a trust-based or training context?
• Do you support customers operationally and integrate tools into projects?
• Or would you like to recommend Shore without direct customer contact?

The collaboration follows a clear process:

1. Selection of the right partner model
2. Recommendation or integration of Shore with the customer
3. Shore handles sales, onboarding, product operations, and support. 
   
   You stay in your role and don't need to sell or support software.

Support depends on the chosen partner model and may include:

• Personal contact person
• Support during onboarding and with questions about collaboration
• Materials for positioning and recommending Shore 
  Optional: Demo access or joint customer meetings 
  
  The goal is clear, efficient collaboration without unnecessary complexity.

Compensation depends on your role in the partner program, the scope of collaboration, and the number of active customers. Generally, we give partners a share of:

• Software revenue (Shore subscriptions) from referred or supported customers
• Depending on the model, additional revenue from integrated payment solutions 
  
  We'll discuss specific terms individually once it's clear which model suits you.

Shore offers a comprehensive in-house payment system. This allows customers to process card payments in the studio as well as online payments directly through Shore. This system is fully integrated into Shore software and enables simple, digital payment processing without additional systems. (Note: Depending on the partner model, revenue sharing from Shore Pay may be possible.)

You receive a share as long as the customer actively uses Shore. There's no blanket time limit like "only in the first year." The exact structure depends on the partner model and type of collaboration.

No. There's no minimum number of referrals or fixed referral targets. The collaboration is designed for the long term and focuses on quality and fit, not short-term volume.

Industry knowledge is helpful but not required. What matters most is that you have access to service providers and can meaningfully position or integrate Shore into your existing context.

Shore is suitable for service providers and select retailers who work with appointment booking, consultation, or repeat customers.

Yes. Depending on the partner model, you'll get access to a demo or get to know Shore through a joint meeting.

Initially, coordination and tracking happen together with the Shore team. Depending on the partner model, you'll receive regular information about referred customers and relevant billing details. Additional reporting options can be added as the collaboration progresses.

No. Participation in the Shore partner program is free. There are no registration fees and no ongoing fixed costs. 

Yes. Many partners use Shore themselves and recommend it based on their own experience. This enables particularly authentic and practical recommendations.

Most partners start with a one-time setup package: configuring Shore, setting up the booking page, connecting tracking and payments – clear scope, clear price. From there, ongoing retainers are a natural next step, where you analyze booking data and adjust marketing campaigns on a monthly basis. As a Shore Partner, you earn a recurring commission for every active client you bring on board, meaning the upfront effort of an onboarding pays off over months and years. Interested?
