Your Shore web app is directly connected to the booking system. Booked appointments are entered directly into the calendar. For new customers, a new customer profile is automatically created.

No. We create a "mobile web app" for you. This can be downloaded simply through the smartphone's browser, independent of the App Store or Google Play. A major advantage of the mobile web app is that it requires significantly less storage than a traditional app. Usage is the same though. Just like with a traditional app, an app icon is displayed on the smartphone screen, which your customer can tap to access the app.

No. The app can be accessed through the smartphone's browser and saved to the home screen from there. This makes you independent from the App Store or Google Play. You don't have to worry about your app not being accepted, and it's immediately available to your customers. To promote your app, you can work with a QR code, for example. Your customers just need to scan it and can directly access the web version of your app.
