E-Invoices Starting January 1, 2025 – Automatic and Compliant
In the Shore POS system, all invoices are now automatically created in the required XRechnung format.
This means:
- legally valid from 2025,
- automatically active,
- no setup required.
The invoice looks the same as always but carries the additional XML code in the background needed for taxes and accounting.
For Austria and Switzerland, nothing changes currently – but we're monitoring developments there.
TSE Registration with Tax Office (Germany)
For German businesses, 2025 gets serious:
The TSE of the POS system must be officially registered with the tax office.
We'll make sure you know exactly what to do.
In Q1 2025, we'll send all affected customers clear instructions. No technical jargon, no stress.
Our Swiss and Austrian customers don't need to worry about this topic.
Improved Booking Algorithm: More Utilization, Less Downtime
Many studios and salons have asked us:
"Can you adjust online booking to handle more complex services, like coloring with processing time?"
Yes. That's exactly what we can do now.
Our new algorithm can:
- combine services with work steps,
- breaks,
- and subsequent blocks
so intelligently that free times in between can be used effectively.
This means for you:
- higher utilization,
- less downtime,
- more revenue per day.
In the video, you'll find a short tutorial showing you how it works.
New Customer Module in the Calendar
The calendar is getting a new customer module – more modern, more clearly structured, and the foundation for further expansions in 2025.
The next major update will be especially interesting for everyone working with business clients:
We're planning additional data fields so you can organize customer information even better.
