Some services need a bit of preparation. Some customers should arrive without makeup, others need to fill out a form on-site or bring certain documents. That's exactly why we've built a new feature – developed and tested by our team in Munich and Berlin.

What's New?

Starting now, you can add additional notes and documents to each individual service in the Shore service editor. This includes things like:

  • Preparation instructions
  • Consent forms
  • Forms and PDFs
  • Important documents that need to be brought along

Once you save this information, it appears automatically in the booking confirmation sent to your customer – right after booking, at exactly the right moment. This saves you explanation work and reduces misunderstandings.

Why This Matters

Better Preparation

Customers immediately get the information they need. No extra emails, no follow-up questions, no chaos at reception. Clear preparation makes for smoother daily operations.

Fewer No-Shows

Many appointments fall through because customers don't know what to expect or whether they need to bring something. With clear instructions, reliability increases – and you have less downtime.

Professional Process

Especially for treatments that require documents, this is a real advantage. Everything runs cleanly, transparently, and professionally. No more searching for forms or improvising.

How Does It Work?

  1. Open the service editor in Shore.
  2. Select a service.
  3. Scroll to the section "Relevant information for your customers".
  4. Enter your text and upload documents if needed (e.g., PDFs).
  5. Save – done.

From now on, these notes appear automatically in every booking confirmation for this service.

A Real-World Example

A balayage appointment often needs preparation. You can now add something like:

"Please don't wash or condition your hair before your appointment. You'll find more information in the attached PDF."

This exact note will then appear in the appointment confirmation – easy to understand, at the right time, and with all important documents.
