What Does This Mean for Your Daily Work?
E-invoices are mandatory in Germany starting in 2025. To save you work, we built our POS system so that every invoice since January 1 automatically meets the new requirements.
Automatic Creation in ZUGFeRD Format
ZUGFeRD is the official, legally recognized format for e-invoices in Germany.
Shore generates it in the background for every invoice – without you having to do anything.
The invoice looks completely normal to you and your customer. Additionally, it contains the required XML data relevant for accounting and taxes.
No Additional Steps for You
You continue working as usual:
- Create invoice
- Print or send as before
- Done
Everything legally necessary runs automatically in the system.
Safe and Compliant
We thoroughly reviewed the requirements and fully implemented them right at the turn of the year. This keeps you legally safe – without training, without software chaos, without piles of paperwork.
What About Austria and Switzerland?
Austria and Switzerland have different regulations, but e-invoices are also a topic there. We're monitoring developments in both countries and will adapt Shore as soon as new requirements become mandatory.
Why We Take This Topic So Seriously
Many small businesses are unsure when it comes to new legal requirements. Our job is to take away that uncertainty. That's why we built e-invoicing in a way that lets you keep working without having to deal with complicated formats or tax rules.
Shore should guide you through the bureaucracy jungle – not into it.
