What's New?

The Setup Progress Banner is now live on the Shore Booking Platform. Once you log in, you'll see a banner in the side menu tracking your onboarding progress in real time. Click it to open your personal setup checklist – a clear overview of what's done and what's still to do.

Once your setup is 100% complete, the banner disappears automatically. No manual action needed.

What Does the Banner Cover?

Five key steps to get you up and running:

  • Add your services – Add at least one service so customers know what to book.
  • Check your business address – Make sure your address and region are complete so you show up as bookable on Google.
  • Create your first appointment – Receive or create your first booking to get started.
  • Choose your plan – Pick the subscription that fits your business.
  • Activate Shore Pay Online (recommended) – Enable online payments for a smoother booking experience. This step is optional and won't affect your overall progress.

Setting up a new system takes time – and it's easy to lose track or skip a step by accident. The Setup Progress Banner keeps everything in one place, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.

Who Can See the Banner?

The banner is currently visible to all new Shore merchants – until setup is fully complete.
