Adding products takes time – time you'd rather spend with your customers. The new product editor in the Shore POS Manager makes it significantly faster. And with AI assistance, it almost takes care of itself.

The new editor at a glance

The editor now opens directly next to your product list – you never lose context while you work. Your search and current page are preserved no matter how long you spend in the form. Prefer to focus fully on the form? Just switch to full-screen mode with a single click.

The layout is more compact: all fields visible at once, even on smaller screens. For products with variations, certain details can now be edited directly within the table – no separate form required.

AI autocomplete

This is the real highlight: upload an image or enter a product name – and the editor automatically fills in the brand, price, and description for you. Especially for larger inventories, this saves a lot of typing.

This feature is just the first step. We're monitoring feedback and will expand AI support to additional fields. More is already in the works.

Creating variations made easy

Define your attributes once – for example size or colour – and the system automatically generates all possible combinations. The base price is applied automatically, and any combinations you don't need can be removed with a single click.

This works especially well when setting up a larger inventory for the first time, or when a new product line is added.

More updates in this release

Alongside the product editor, there are a few more changes:

  • New design: The old Inventorum colours are gone – a fresh POS Indigo now runs across the entire interface.
  • Company registration number on receipts (Germany): You can now enter your HRB number in the receipt settings. It will automatically appear on all invoices going forward.
  • Receipt fixes: The employee now appears correctly again on the A7 receipt when the setting is enabled. The Z-report now shows the count of discounted items more clearly.
  • Automatic RKSV receipts (Austria): In Setup under "Receipts", you can activate automatic generation of monthly and yearly receipts. They'll be triggered on the last day of each month at 11 PM.
